G.S. Arora & Associates is an established Chartered Accountants firm steering corporations, startups and institutions through India's tax and corporate compliance landscape.
We are a team of over 30 professionals across offices in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh. Our clients run manufacturing units, technology companies, retail operations and professional practices — businesses at very different stages, with one thing in common: they would rather understand their position than simply be told it has been handled.
That shapes how we work. We explain what we are doing and why, we tell you when you do not need a service, and we treat a deadline as ours to protect rather than yours to remember.

Technical rigour is the baseline, not the differentiator. What clients tend to remember is whether we were straight with them.
Independence
We do not audit our own work, and we say no to engagements where the conflict cannot be managed. The value of an opinion is entirely in its independence.
Plain language
If our advice only makes sense to another accountant, it has failed. You should be able to explain your own position to your board after we have explained it to you.
Proportion
A ten-person business does not need the machinery of a listed company. We scope engagements to what the business genuinely requires and no further.
Continuity
The same people stay with your file. You should never have to re-explain your business to a new face at the start of each quarter.
Candour
If a structure will not help you, or a service is not worth the fee, we will tell you. We would rather lose the engagement than sell you something you do not need.
